Thank Greg. I have been trying to explore sunshine. Problem is it is difficult to find how to configure sunshine with zendesk. It would be great to get sandbox to try it possible. I don't know if there are any partner engagement team in zendesk who can support us. We can build excellent join offering if we get support.

Hello Greg,

We have a customer who have their own chat client with bot. They want to escalate the chat to zendesk agent when bot escalates to live agent. Chat UI remains same (existing) for customer. We want to keep this on server side so all message goes through their existing chat engine.

Dear Experts,

Do we have any Zendesk Chat APIs which can be used for integrating 3rd party chat application with Zendesk Chat agents? I do see there are websdk (JS), iOS and Android SDK but there aren't any REST APIs for integrating same. 

If not, is Smooch (Sunshine) APIs integrated with Zendesk agent natively?
