Is it possible to extract a list of all files held in the document repository. We maintain a master archive in Aerofiler and need to audit the master archive on a regular basis. Being able to compare the Zendesk repository contents with the Aerofiler archive is an essential function.

When exporting a Deal Smartlist that contains Product and Customer data, Zendesk creates two output files. One (Smarlist name_by_product_date_xxxx) with Product information displayed in individual rows, but without the Company data and another file (Smartlist name_date_xxx) with the Company names dispayed in individual rows, but the product names in a single csv string. Neither list enables the user to analyse Products by Customer and the two data files have to be merged and manipulated using Deal ID (the only unique common idenitifer in the two output files). If the "Smartlist name_by_product_date_xxxx" file simply had the customer name in it, the data would be useful.

Agree. As another new user, the display size of the dashboard widgets is proving to be extremely limiting. On a standard laptop screen only three widgets can be displayed on the available real estate which requires users to constantly scroll down. The whole point of a dashboard is to provide a useful view. Pilots would crash planes if they had to scroll down to see their instruments.

When converting a lead to a contact, the input form has a check box to "Create a deal for this converted lead", which is ticked (pre selected) as a default. This selection appears toward the end of the form and on a standard screen is invisible until you scroll down. Whilst business needs differ, it is rare in our business that we would create a deal at conversion of a lead and so invariably this has to be unselected. However, if you update any fields prior to unselecting this option, the input is erased immediately you unselect, forcing the user to re-input all of the updates - massively frustrating and counter productive. If the default setting cannot be changed (which would be the obvious course of action as I don't believe it is up to the software manufacturer to define this), then at least move the field to the top of the form to ensure that users don't waste time capturing data that gets erased.
