When I test the API target with URL: https://greatagent.zendesk.com/api/v2/tickets/{{ticket.id}}.json 
methon PUT 

and with JSON:

It says: 'X-Zendesk-API-Warn: Removed restricted keys ["ticket.id"] from parameters according to whitelist'

Please advise, what can I do about that? ("id": "1028" - is optional, within a trigger I plan not to use it, {{ticket.is}} should work in URL, right?)
