Thanks, Brett. This is actually terrible for us. We add future dates to subject lines for account creation or closure tickets and now we can't sort those by date.

Completely bizarre that this is no longer a feature when you can sort literally every other column??? We have a lot of dates in our subject lines and it's useful to sort by those

Using double quotes doesn't seem to actually specify my results. I use " UPS " and it still returns things like "follow-ups" and "set up"
