Paul Newsom created a post,
There are a few keyboard shortcuts available when creating articles in Zendesk guide. A list can be found here.
It would be really useful if there were shortcuts for all of the buttons in the editor toolbar (insert bullet, insert image, etc). That way I could leave my mouse alone and just type type type.
Thanks.

Slightly related - I would love to be able to collapse that right-side pane. It would really help when having two windows open side by side. I have to zoom out on the article editor to be able to see everything. Is there a way perhaps?

Paul Newsom created a post,
A keyboard shortcut for changing font size when creating/editing articles would be very useful. I often past text with no formatting (ctrl+shift+v) but then have to resize it to the 'Normal' size, using my mouse. Being able to do all of this using my keyboard would increase my productivity by about a squillion per cent. Thanks!

Yes please! This would save me a lot of time. I am forever switching to my mouse to insert bullet points.
Ctrl+K for inserting a link is very useful, so thanks for that one!

Paul Newsom commented,
I quite often need to paste text without formatting into articles using ctrl+shift+v. Since a couple of weeks ago, every time I do this it causes the vertical scroll bar in the editor to jump to its centre (and pastes the text as expected). Having to scroll back to where I pasted the text can be quite time-consuming, especially if having to do lots of pasting in a lengthy article.
I figured out this Workaround in the middle of making this post - press the left arrow key after pasting and the scroll bar will jump back to where the cursor is (at the end of the pasted text).
Would be good if it didn't do the jumpy thing in the first place though. :)
