Bulk Delete Closed Tickets
Bulk deleting from the All Closed Tickets screen should be more user friendly. Why is there a check box that doesn't do anything? Having to delete individually is too time consuming. Any update...

I agree. The check box on All Closed Tickets should allow you to bulk delete. Very time consuming having to delete individually.
