Unfortunately our customers also see the suggestions for articles of other groups during ticket submission (filtering depending on the given ticket title). This is not right from our perspective, because a customer should not see articles from product B while he is submitting a ticket to product A! Please change this.

if a customer is logged in into his account, he currently is not able to see in the list of his tickets/activities, who took which ticket. Therefore there should be added a column "current agent", so the customer can see who is working on his ticket.

we would like to have some edit features for the agents picture upload (cutting tools, filters, etc.). Currently it is just possible to upload a picture and it has to be quadratic, otherwise it is blurred.

during our project implementation we discovered that dynamic content is not usable for macro titles and descriptions. As we are using 4 languages currently, this would be an amazing feature to have.
