Bonjour,
Merci pour ce mode opératoire.
Une question complémentaire : comment peut-on conserver un ticket au statut "Nouveau" lorsque l'on affecte un agent ? Si on affecte une dizaine de ticket à un même agent, il ne peut pas traiter ces 10 tickets en même temps mais les SLA continuent de courir.
Merci d'avance sur l'éclaircissement d'une bonne pratique.
