Hello,
Did you recently purchase Zendesk? We are looking for new customers to participate in a 1 hour conversation with a researcher about your onboarding experience. This will be a great opportunity to share your feedback as you get started with Zendesk to help us build better onboarding experiences for our new customers like you!
The study can be completed remotely by a computer or a phone. You will receive a $100 electronic gift card for your time upon completion of the study.

It is certainly not our intent to provide a sub-par experience to our customers and disrupt our customers' business.
I'm a Product Manager at Zendesk & I'd be happy to connect with you separately to understand the challenges you faced in the product and later in communication with Zendesk. I'm a Product Manager at Zendesk responsible for cancellation experience. We are improving our experience and "Pause subscription" is one of the frequently asked features. It is on our short term roadmap. So stay tuned and I'll update once its available for our customers.
