I've sent an email asking to reduce the number of seats as we are blocked from self-reducing. We can increase but not decrease.
Has the email been answered? No.
Is anyone still working at Zendesk?

Yesterday there was a message stating we would be upgraded the following day to messaging despite us not using chat for for one of our companies. We were not worried as the article stated we would get an email if this were in fact true and no such email was received. Came in this morning to find missed chats as messaging turned itself on and angry customers from 3AM were wondering why we were not answering. The button to shut off messaging is greyed out. The ability to unlink the API is not available. There are 3 API's linked to things that are no longer active. There is not a way for us to use this only between certain hours so it is not a viable solution for any of the companies under our umbrella.

hey David Draxl-Pieber we tried that. Just got warnings and then locked out until we updated the CC information. They still did not contact us. Took 6 months to rectify.

We had a similar issue which took 6 months for us to actually downgrade from Enterprise to Professional with several meetings and numerous emails. While we were on a legacy plan, our price was nothing close to what is mentioned from Benedek above.
I am afraid to change the number of seats (we have 43) as every time we do, we are immediately billed for an entire month and not given a credit or refund for previous overcharges automatically. My fight for a refund then continues.
We will NEVER take an annual lock in for X number of seats as we really miscalculated one year and overpaid by $100K.
By the way Zendesk, I will be at that Engage conference later this week where I notice Zendesk will also be attending or presenting. Happy to meet someone in person and discuss how I really feel.

Hey Zendesk team. Those options are 2AM or 3AM for me in Europe in CET. Thanks but I will pass.
We are moving in to more posts and social media moderation for TikTok. We are advertising there and it is important that we catch those comments on posts and direct messages. Would be great if Zendesk could work on that integration.
Same with Threads. It is new but starting to gain momentum.

It is sorted now, you can close the ticket. Imagine Zendesk owing the company I work for over $12,000 in credit notes and then having a horrid collections notice for the 43 seats that we have each time the go to a new page for the following:
The beauty of this is that when you click on contact customer support in that message there is an email available that gets you a reply of "This email is no longer supported." That about sums up how I feel right now with Zendesk, no longer supported.
I know you are just the messenger but please pass along that Zendesk really needs to do better.
