In the recent update of the Explore Dashboards, a feature that existed in Legacy was removed; the ability to edit each access link to each Dashboard.

I contacted the support team, since they are requesting a migration of many of the Dashboards and among them one came out that has the personalized link and when doing the migration that function is removed and we have a link that is difficult to access unlike before.

I hope the support team integrates this function again because it is an added value for those of us who share the Dashboard with them.

We are generating a dashboard with a report that helps us see how many tickets have not been attended to by our agents. This is done weekly, but there is a point at which all our tickets have been attended to, so the report that is sent is empty. We would like that when that happens, a message is sent indicating that there are no unattended tickets.
