I have several sets of keywork triggers to add ticket tags. However, recently, when >1 keyword exists in the message context one or more triggers do not work and so not every ticket tag is being added. This only happens when >1 keyword is present, and I have confirmed that the triggers work individually. What could the problem be?

I am trying to auto tag tickets for tracking, however when a macro is applied to the ticket, the macro tags are overriding the trigger tag. I need both tags to be added to the ticket. Is this possible?
