Brandon (729) Any Tips on reconciling Voice Tickets and Call totals? Seeing around the same figure for both but my understanding is that Voice tickets are not created when Calls are Abandoned unless you have the feature turned on (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408821302810-Understanding-how-Talk-calls-become-tickets) and yet I'm seeing only around 100 fewer Voice tickets than Calls despite having over 500 Abandoned Calls.
