Feedback Request: Collapsible Headers built-in to the Help Center article editor toolbar

Feature Request Summary: 

We've been referring to a great community post about creating collapsible headers using the Zendesk Guide source code (link located at the bottom of this post). However, there are formatting issues that we come across when using this, sometimes these issues are easily resolvable, sometime we need to start from scratch. If collapsible headers were an included feature in the Help Center article editor toolbar, we wouldn't have to worry about an inconsistent format or any other bumps in the road as we add collapsible headers in our help center.

Description/Use Cases: 

We use collapsible headers in many articles, and have begun updating older articles with collapsible headers as well. They are incredibly important in ensuring that our users can find the answers that they need easily. A poorly formatted collapsible header would cause our users to question the professionalism of our articles, so we spend as much time as we need to, to resolve any formatting issues. This slows down overall output for our small but mighty team, and we are currently experiencing our busiest year since our team was constructed. We need to save all the time that we possibly can.

Business impact of limitation or missing feature:

A poorly formatted collapsible header is not acceptable for publication. Our team may spend quite a lot of time trying to fix issues in these custom collapsible headers. This is time we could be spending completing other tasks. Everyone on our team has experienced some type of hiccup in using the collapsible headers since we first implemented them last year. By having this as an option in the toolbar, that would be a complete game changer and remove a lot of frustration and slowdown in updating our documentation. Thank you!

Hi! I had a question about how these might be read through a screen reader? I realize that all screen readers are different but what would typically be understood when the screen reader comes across a collapsed header, and then an open header?
