Thanks Sabra, in this case, I have already done both steps (adding the footer placeholder to the HTML template and updating the social buttons of Brands) and buttons still did not show up on emails...

Hi Sabra, I have the same issue where the icon is not showing. May I know what will need to be inserted in the {{footer}}? thanks!
