Post Feedback - Ticketing system (Support)

The option that makes an Agent's comments default to public or private is currently a tenant/instance setting.  This needs to be an Agent setting.

 

We have some agent's that deal with T1 support (user-facing) and so they should default to public comments.  And then we have others that deal with escalated support.  Those Agents interface with the T1 support Agents and NOT with the end user.  Those Agents should have their comments default to private.

 

Please make the option to have comments default to public/private an Agent setting.

PostZendesk WFM EAP - Create Combined Workstreams

Each ticket has it's own comment input box.  However, when I resize one of them (adjust the splitter up or down), the others do not also resize.  This is quite annoying.  When I resize the comment box, then all of the comment boxes should resize as well.  That would provide a consistent experience across the tickets.

 

(I have no idea what topic this gets filed under - you guys can manage that.  There's way too many of them)

Yes, this would be a most welcome change to the new UI.  I am constantly fiddling with the size of that comment box.  I would very much like it to scroll as part of the conversation.
