Hi there,
I'm working on a dashboard and while analysing the SLA tickets on the SLA dataset versus the ticket count on the Support dataset there was a diference on the numbers. Is there a way to filter only the tickets that have no SLA policies applied to them?

Estou fazendo uma análise da nossa base de tickets e comparando o número de tickets de SLA do dataset de SLA com o número total de tickets no dataset do Support e percebi que existe uma grande diferença entre os dois. Consigo listar essa diferença?

Thanks for replying!
I managed to get to the point you mentioned, now I need to remove the blanks (Weenkends) and insert a count on the "Day of month" column to show which business day it was.
I'm not sure if it is possible.

Morning folks,
I need to create a report that compares the tickets created on the last month versus the tickets on the current month by working day. My report should me something like this:
I'm using Weekdays as Workdays, so any ticket created on Saturdays and Sundays shouldn't be considered.
Is there a way for me to do this?

Morning folks!
I'm trying to use an "Assignee Name" data filter on one of my dashboards but it keeps pulling all users information. Since end users can't be assigned to tickets is there a way for me to work around it, or a better way to apply this filter?
