Thanks. I did see that extension but that would only work for me and not the rest of the team.

In the admin center, when I click on "objects and rules" the page is empty. Do I need certain rights to access that page?

Is there a way to do this in Zendesk currently? I have many tickets where I need equipment ordered and it would be great if there was a way to tag or color cod them so they stand out but as far as I can see, it's not possible. Any tips?

I too am trying to accomplish this but haven't been able to figure it out yet. If the ticket cannot be submitted by the end user can the form filler at least be CC'd on the ticket?
