This sounds really interesting, but before i invest time and effort exploring it are you able to advise which ZD plans it will be enabled for once released, and/or if there are going to be additional charges?

Dane Is it possible to remove the ‘Mark as solved’ option for end users in the help center? We rarely assign tickets to individual agents so this option is rarely available for our users, the result is unnecessary confusion and disappointment.

After trawling through various discussions I found that just this month Zendesk released a new agent home page (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/5064623131418) that may meet some of the requirements mentioned here.

Hi... Is it possible for end users to set org level ticket sharing/visibility themselves? Rather than a zendesk admin setting it for them. Thanks
