this service takes too long.

My customers have open support tickets and I can't access them.

My account was always contabilplay.zendesk.com and I paid 9 USD on my card on a recurring basis.

Now I just don't have access anymore.

I want to reactivate this account, everything is configured in zendesk - email support@contabilplay.com.br

contabil@contabilzonasul.com.br

All those emails were going to Zendesk Ticket Support and now I just don't have access anymore.

I don't want another account - contbilplay. I want the account I already used, even if I have to pay 25 USD for it for the most basic use.

I await your return immediately, I've been trying to solve a simple thing for over 10 hours.

Eu pagava 9 dólares por usuário por e-mail. Agora, querem cobrar 25 USD. Simplesmente cancelaram minha conta e estou com mais de 100 tickets de suporte em aberto.

Não consigo renovar minha conta e ela foi cancelada.

Tento contato com atendentes, com o setor de vendas, e ninguém atende.

Como É difícil ter suporte com uma empresa que oferece serviços de suporte!
