    Hi Nicole, I believe we're definitely using the classic one :) This meaning, I suppose, redaction is not possible on Archived tickets? Thanks, Slobodan

    Hi Zendesk! Is it possible to redact archived tickets?  We are using the ticket redaction app and it doesn't seem to be possible.  Thanks in advance! Slobodan
