We have customers that would like to change the order in which comments appear when viewing a request, from newest to oldest, while others prefer to see them sorted from oldest to newest.
In guide settings, there is a configuration option "Set the default sorting for comments in my requests", however, this applies to all users.

It would be great if this could be controlled per user. Perhaps a button in the ticket view to change it and save the user preference for their next visits.

We have this request from customers of ours using the web form. In particular, they need the ability to copy a screenshot and paste it inline into the web form.

This functionality is available in the agent-view editor, but not for the end user.
