Nick Meisenheimer commented,
Is this planned work? It would be very important to us to have such a feature?

Nick Meisenheimer commented,
I've created a ticket as I am having this issue. It is incredibly frustrating and massively slows down my team.

Nick Meisenheimer commented,
it would be really nice to be able to notify customers for updates only on specific days.
Example:
- we work with developers that generally only work M-F 9:5
- we'd like to send them update reminders on any week day that isn't Monday
- we find that our automated reminders can increase requester anxiety and trigger unwanted behaviors and agitation on their part.
- simply modulating the duration without any recognizance of "day of the week" isn't going meet our needs

Nick Meisenheimer commented,
In light of the recent Okta breach will you be surfacing a way for folks to remove attachments from tickets that are Closed? I am thinking specifically of HTML Archives.

Nick Meisenheimer commented,
Hi Eric Nelson Zach Anthony I just want to chime in on this request and say that the changes to 1st part cookie storage rules have more or less locked our team into using Firefox with some essential internal tooling we developed for Zendesk.
We'd love for this permission to be added to the sandbox property for iframes, even if it's just available for private apps.
Given that the request itself requires 1) user interaction, 2) some kind of consent to move forward I feel as though the inclusion of the permission is fairly safe. Especially when you couple it with CORS restrictions.
I've escalated our request to our AE Sara Baca but would love the opportunity to discuss this further as we've got a build waiting to be deployed as a private app that is just waiting on these permissions.

Nick Meisenheimer commented,
I noticed that typing out markdown syntax for inline images no longer works:

It looks like I need to copy this syntax into another text editor and then paste it into Zendesk for the Agent Workspace editor to pick it up - am I missing something?
