Hey!
So, there seems to be a serious limitation as far as using emoji in the SDK.
I've tried to use macros with emojis in them, but they're simply blank when I enter the SDK.
The same occurs when I try to use emojis on the FAQ headlines.
I have the emoji support on the tickets' comments, but I can't seem to get it to work!

Agreed. We as well.
I would wish for more control on the routing- preferably to Email/chat.
