Since the new UI was launched your interface has soo much white and wasted space that it makes everything feel squished up.

Smaller monitor sizes make it feel even worse, I never use zendesk on anything below 27" 

look at the space above views or all around the “unassigned tickets” heading. Manage Views has a lot of space under it rather than show you your actual views! you have to scroll to find them. Actions and play could all be moved to give you more useful viewable space. 

Click into a ticket and the actual window to read the content is so small. You need a refresh.

damn right - this change was made by someone that does not use zendesk day in day out… its slowed us down a lot.

They simply don't care.
Months on and it's still awful. There is so little room in the bloated ui to actually look at a tickets contents now as well. They should be embarrassed by what they have done.

The window where the ticket information is contained (replies) is far to small.

I have a 32" monitor, a 27" and a 22" and it is shocking how bad it is on the 32 let alone the 22.

You have to nearly always minimise your own reply box to see what is going on. It gets even worse when its a follow up ticket as the box telling you its a follow up is massive.

Your UI team should feel bad there is so much white space between boxes

it gets super bad should you use the little icons on the right to show info about the sender and as you hide the senders email address unless you use that pop out box thing then you have to use it and its hard work.

any chance you can make the space you actually need to read better.

Hey Lisa,

No one is going to pay 6 times more to be on the enterprise plan to get back a feature that was in the software since day one.

For the money you are better off buying multiple years of a Freshdesk subscription. Why would we go for 5-6k a year to 30+ to build the ability to read comments the right way again?

Yes i sound unreasonable but just think about it for a minute and you can clearly see you guys mucked up big time. I have users refusing to use zendesk right now.

Good business model.

Make something so crap that people are forced to spend stupid money on the tier they don't want to get the basic functionality of reading a ticket back.

Zendesk are you mental? 

Zoho and freshdesk have both offered us good pricing on moving from Zendesk and you can migrate your data fairly easily.
