The inability to sort User Segments or export a list of User Segments makes it incredibly difficult to manage user segments. I need to see whether we have user segments for certain customers, and the only way I can do it is manually clicking through these pages of user segments and checking (manually) for 20 different organizations. Incredibly inefficient.

Hi Katarzyna Karpinska - please note that it's frankly shocking that this basic functionality wasn't included from the get-go. For a content management system to not be able to track broken links is really disappointing. One of the main tenants of keeping content up to date is being made aware of when a link breaks. It's good to note this as a future improvement, but how can we be sure it isn't going to die in the backlog? Broken links give users a terrible user experience during self-service.

How is it 2024 and this basic functionality has been requested for 8 years and still doesn't exist?
I just spent 45 minutes bulk added a label on 2,849 articles - 30 at a time because that's the limitation of Zendesk. Zendesk kept crashing as I worked, so a 15 minute task ended up taking 45 minutes. And every time Zendesk crashed, it reorganized the results, so articles I hadn't updated were appearing on results pages I had already worked on.
The fact that this doesn't exist after 8 years is pretty disappointing. It makes it seem like Zendesk doesn't care about their Guide product enough to make it a reasonable content management system, much less a robust one. And we're still talking about basic export functionality.
