Is this still something the Zendesk team is working on? The icons are still very unhelpful.

Can we expect a product tray rebranding anytime soon? The icons are still frustratingly bad.

The different icons associated with various Zendesk products in the "Zendesk Products" dropdown menu are not helpful or intuitive. All of the designs are two shapes at different scales and rotations. Why is the icon for Talk two half circles, but Chat is two pizza slices facing each other? Users shouldn't have to think about what these icons mean. The icons should be easy to interpret, otherwise they shouldn't exist.
