Need to add first tag (integer) to a webhook
Have tried using {{ticket.tag.first}} and {{ticket.tag | first}} both of which only pull the first number in the tag, not the entire number. Can anyone help?

We need to be able to filter by groups and custom fields. Would really like to be able to have one place to adjust roles and groups on the same page. Going back and forth is a pain.

Block Numbers via the API
AnsweredAs our call volume goes up so to is the amount of numbers we have to block. Being able to route a slack message or a macro to an api call would lesson a simple issue for our ops team.
