That would be a great improvement. Such tickets come to us every day and for now we have to deal with them manually.... I hope that a solution to this problem will be implemented

3. Location of attachment download link after signature

It is definitely a good idea. The link placed before the signature should be more visible to customers. Sometimes they ask why we didn't send them an attachment.
