Please fix this. We’re losing potential revenue at our bank because the Caller ID shows it’s from the state. Is there an ETA?

How do I add tags, light agent, or custom fields as a column in a View?

Hi there,

I'm trying to customize views to have a column with either the tag(s) or custom field content.  How do I customize columns to help manage views better?  Anyone have a creative way to do this if it's not native?

End goal is to be able to list tickets with Light Agent assigned and see the names in a column.
