alan coler commented,
I use a MacBook for work. Having to document these tickets every day and reload them one by one is a huge inconvenience that I don't experience in similar programs.

alan coler created a post,
Every day when I start zendesk I have to logon because it always logs me off from the previous day. When it does that, sometimes it will keep the tickets I was using in the "Recently viewed tickets" but other days, like today, there is no history.
I have to literally keep notes on a 2nd text document of what I am working on so I can search the ones I was on the day before.
Is there no way to keep track of past tickets instead of losing them every day after midnight?
I can't even open separate tabs like Jira so the browser can remember them.

Thanks, couldn't figure that out. Never used macros on that.

Thanks, is that something I can do without taking a class on Zendesk?

Everyday when it signs me off, I reopen and all my past tickets I was wanting to watch are gone.
And like today there are no recently viewed ones either.
This is a daily disaster.

Everyday Zendesk website times out and I lose ALL of the open tabs when I log back in.
Why isn't there a way to bookmark current tickets I am trying to keep up on?
This is so important because if I miss a comment or don't see something it is detrimental to the company and my own position in the company.
As of now I get signed out and have to keep a record in a separate text file of what I was working on so I can search these and re-open them!!
I don't want to do a search of tickets I am added to or mentioned on, this brings up everything and some that are not even relevant anymore.
As the screen shot below shows, even though I had like 5 tickets opened yesterday it shows NO RECENT ones. !?!!?1?!?
Seriously, what is going on with this application?

alan coler commented,
Yes those are the tabs, why did the functionality change to indicate a number instead of the description?

alan coler commented,
I'm not sure what you mean.
This is the screen. Tabs now have ticket #s instead of descriptions which doesn't tell what they are.
This just changed a couple of weeks ago.
