After testing the various AI options, here's our feedback on the areas for improvement:

- Summary: does not mention ‘threat of complaint’ or ‘opposition’.

- Summary = proposes a summary when no action has been taken 

- Make friendly = too friendly (e.g. ‘don't panic’ / too many exclamation marks / have a wonderful day!)

- No macros for each chat dating/coaching session

- Chat = no intention / language / feeling

- Telephone support: no information on intention, language, feeling. No summary. No macro suggested.

- Macro suggestions = not very effective / no link with user request
