Currently in the reply box the bottom buttons look like this:
When one wants to make changes to the text by selecting the "T" you have to deal with a features popup that now takes up space in your reply box not allowing you to see all that you are working with and overall just feels intrusive.
It would be simple to just add this to the already existing bar at the bottom of the reply box. This would eliminate the need for a Popup. Please see the mockup below for the suggested improvement.
This way the tools are available to use at any point and we do not need to keep opening and closing the pop up when needed. PLEASE!

Hello. We are preparing to switch our account to the New Workspace system. Our primary function within Zendesk is the use of the tickets. It is extremely confusing that you would switch the reply field to the bottom of the screen and put the thread above it. The tickets more an email than a chat. They are not to be a chat. Any email tool you use always has the reply at the top and the email thread below. Workspace now flips it and causes great confusion. Is there any way to revert it to a more natural feel in an email form?
