Can I have a quick check with you on whether Entity Detection has the capability to update automatically the other existing ticket fields already in place beside the newly created Entity field?

 

Is it something possible automatically or can only be achieved for now using conventional setup like triggers and automations?

Hi team,

 

Just checking that since the products' names are already changed, any plans to change the name on the actual product page itself? Like on the tray I'm seeing the name “Explore” already replaced with “Analytic” already, however when I click on Analytic to launch the tool, the launch page still displays “Explore” and not “Analytic” like how it shows on the tray.

A quick check on the below announcement, the date says Jan 27th but as of now my account see no changes yet. It's now already Jan 28th the next day in my location. Can you share the exact timestamp for the rollout?

also, a feature request on allowing callers to select the time to callback would be great. Not sure if it's already available as a Zendesk technology though.

Is there any limit to how many “Save Search as” lists that one person/everyone can create? If yes, how many?

In case there is no limit or the limit is really high (a thousand or so), you can ignore my question :)

Hi team,

 

Can you please share if there are any known inconsistencies about the “unverified Email” icon? When searching the page, I see that there are many instances where some user profiles showing no unverified icons however when I click on them, they turn out to have one or more unverified addresses.

 

There are of course other instances where the said icon is displayed on profiles with unverified Email, thus the inconsistency.

 

Does the number of contact addresses in each user profile matter in this case? Any rules when it comes to how the unverified icon is displayed?
