    안녕하세요,  젠데스크를 사용하는 팀의 관리자로서 사용하는데 불편한 점이 있어 문의 및 기능 요청 드립니다. 에이전트가 'play' 버튼을 눌러 문의를 잡은 뒤 어려운 문의가 잡힌 경우에는 x버튼(스크린샷 참조)을 눌러 나가버리는 경우가 있어 이렇게 문의 남깁니다. 저희 같은 경우에는 문의량이 많아 쉽게 문의가 쌓이게 되는데 쉬운 문의만 해결하다 보면...
