I would love to report on how our agents are using Guide articles that are written for them and not available to end users. What I would like to do is be able to exclude the author's view when reporting on something they have written.

Authors tend to look at their own work a lot and it skews the data.

I have a Help Center with SSO enabled and no external users. It would be helpful to track unique views in captured data so that can be viewed in Explore. If you can track view for external users that would be great too but I do have Google Analytics installed for that.

I would like to bump this and I would like to be able to drill down into sections and subsections. Seems like a big gap in the reporting tools.
