Dane,
Thanks for following up.
I just received a trial of explore, perhaps I can reproduce the same report and see if drilldown is available via explore.
ciao

Tom Mililli commented,
Good Morning,
the report initially provides a quick summary of deals. However it would be helpful to click (drill down) on the bar (representing # of deals) and would list the specific deals it represents.
I would expect this can be done, but don't see where to "turn on" this capability
Thanks
Tom

Hi, I am connected to zendesk tables - user, tickets, etc. but not Sell (leads, etc.)
Please provide direction how to connect to these tables.
Thank You

Tom Mililli commented,
Good Afternoon Becca,
I too downloaded Skyvia (free version), hoping to schedule exports to use as my "daily backup". Unfortunately, I quickly learned that the export only works with Support data and not on Sell.
Since I am very new to Zendesk, I have opened a ticket to inquiry if data exports from Sell and Support can be scheduled (automated via a trigger or other ways)

Tom Mililli commented,
I have the pro plan (sell and support) and new to zendesk. I would like to backup the data from both sell and support daily at a min.
From what I have read thus far, the only way to achieve a "backup" is by exporting the data? If this is correct, can the export be automated. If so, please provide guidance and assistance.
On the other hand, if this isn't the only way, please advise on all alternative methods
Thanks
