Hi there, I'm trying to use this in a Macro that adds an internal note but I'm running into some issues.

Based on the instructions, it appears that I should be using {{ticket.organization.custom_fields.72024.title}} this however returns as blank. The ticket has an Organization with a value in this custom field. That field applied the relevant tag to the ticket. Am I missing something with this?

Post Q&A - Objects, workspaces, and rules

I'd like to send out some messages via a Trigger to inform End Users about content in our Guide Portal that is only available if they are logged in with an account. I'd like to not spam out and so it will be a one or two time per user message. I would like further to only send a message to those who do not yet have an account. Is it possible to filter by whether or not they have created a Zendesk account with us?

Post Feedback - Ticketing system (Support)

We have been using the system for quite some time with our Agents updating the Orgs on our Light Agents to keep our tickets organized for reporting.

This was changed so that only Admins can update Orgs for Light Agents and Agents.

This change has already increased the workload on our Admins and caused quite a bit of confusion because it looks like its going to work and then does not rather than letting them know they are not allowed to make the change. It simply looks like a bug rather than a feature.

I understand the explanation given about potentially allowing users to access to tickets and info they should not. However this should be an option in the Roles. It is already there for End Users, simply duplicate that selection for Light Agents and Agents so that users can be given permission to update orgs without having to make them a full Admin.
