Hi Amisha! Very exciting. But we have our first issue - we're seeing this Suggested Reply pop up in a number of incoming tickets. The feature seems to be pulling from an existing macro that we have created for SSPR. But the main problem is that we don't appear to be able to change or delete the Suggester Reply.
