We need to do periodic scrubs of our current end users to delete all end users based on inactivity time. Having a way to filter and sort by "last activity" (not just "last updated" since that can be affected by any updates made to their Organization) on the Bulk delete end users tool would be SUPER helpful!

I also agree that having transcripts reflect the timezone of the Zendesk Account would be incredibly beneficial. This would help a LOT with customers since they often get confused by the time displayed on the transcript, and it would make QA much easier.

Hi Zendesk!

Echoing the request for a BCC function as well. We often need to add a specialist or email group from another department (who doesn't use Zendesk) to follow an email, but we do not want end users to see the personal email of the employee(s) and try to contact them directly (thereby disrupting the desired flow of communication).
