There should be an option to change back to old Admin Center
Previously, I could change views, macros, triggers, etc. without a new tab opening up. Now, if I want to change a view it bounces me to the admin center, and then I have to open another new tab to ...

This is an unfortunate change, it's made things VERY inconvenient.

Have there been any updates to this? Clients can now select "Open" "Awaiting your reply" and "Solved" But I still don't see an option for "On-hold"?
