Is there any outlook for this option? A side conversation for us is a case-relevant element to a ticket and needs to be printed or extracted from time to time.

Is there a way where I can search in the contents of a PDF attachment in tickets?(eg. I am looking for an order" which is referred to in the PDF but not in the accompanying email text.)

so, I've followed step 1 and step 2 to the letter, but it is not working for me. How can I validate which condition is not met?
