Hi Toby Sterrett, is it possible to set the ticket form used in a child ticket side conversation via the Side Conversations API? If not, is that coming soon?

3. Side conversation hides the main conversation

@... I'm not sure if this helps, but you can quickly minimize the Side Conversation window to view the main ticket conversation by clicking the minimize icon (see screenshot).
