Given the limitations of the Web Widget SDK, I started investigating the application and noticed that the Sunshine platform is used.
From what I understand the new WebWidget is a conversation app from Sunshine with some modifications to the implementation of FlowBuilder created by Zendesk for each customer that has the WebWidget service (New).
I would like to know how I can request some changes in my app allocated as a Sunshine service.
Changes that would be very simple if performed by Sunshine messaging services such as changing the name of the concierge, changes to the CSS of the WebWidget, etc.

I want to identify the chat users, because the chat is already in a logged area, but I can't at all pass that to the WebWidget.
It's possible using the form, but I don't want to have to request this information again, because the user is already logged in.
I tried to use zE.identify but got the return 'Method webWidget.identify does not exist.'
