This 2,000-step limit creates a large issue for me and my team. Linking Steps would be a great solution if the limit can't be increased. We have multiple options within an answer and each one needs a resolution question and transfer to the agent option. This counts for a large percentage of my step limit.
Is there any information on road mapping for this kind of function?
