Dave, I'm aware of this and I addressed it in the description. There's not a method to respond to these tickets on platform and that's where the lack of an integration is happening. Thanks anyway.

There has been a lot feedback given about a YouTube/Zendesk integration. The current integration doesn't allow for in-Zendesk responses to YouTube comments. When will this happen? This is the one critical integration missing in Zendesk.
