My issue is I can't find a headset capable of answering Zendesk Talk from the headset. My solution was to program alexa to send a zapier command to zendesk talk to answer.  "Hey Alexa, answer zendesk" would trigger zendesk talk to answer. 

I was highly disappointed that I couldn't find "Answer Call" under the zendesk app on Zapier nor was Zendesk Talk listed. 

It's 2022, all I want to do is click a button on my headset and answer a call.... Seems so simple, yet can't find a solution. 

This is a tone we hear 20+ times a day, every single day. For the love of god please let us change the ring tone!!
