I agree with Alex M - it's ridiculous that you can't use this functionality on an existing field. I created the field with just a few values to get the form / functionality setup. Now my only option to bulk-upload drop-down options is to delete the field and create it again from scratch (and re-add it to any ticket forms using it)?
The "upload CSV" option needs to be available for EXISTING ticket fields. This seems more like a bug then a missing feature.

100% agree with this - doing most configuration actions in Zendesk opens up a ton of unwanted browser tabs. Why can't this be left up to the user if they want a new tab to be opened using their web browser "open in new tab" function?
I think this is the single-most obnoxious part of Zendesk.

I was going to respond and say that the ticket fields did not rearrange for the agent when we edited the form - they were still showing in the wrong order. Had to wait 10 minutes and refresh the page and then the agent saw the ticket fields in the right order.
In summary - if this doesn't seem to be working just refresh / try again in 10 minutes.
