Allow fields as trigger condition
AnsweredToday only predefined fields are available as chat trigger conditions. I wish fields/custom fields could be available as they are on ticket trigger conditions.

We have set up the ticket sync and ticket view on case. But when the tickets sync, the owner of the ticket is automatically set to me i Salesforce, I guess because I was the one setting up the sync...
