I guess I am not 100% clear.   I don't want our distributors to be served up an INTERNAL Articles.  Can I add a restriction that includes the word [INTERNAL] so that any article labeled [INTERNAL] ...

Hello.  How do you prevent/ restrict INTERNAL Articles from showing up through the Answer Bot?
